Optimus Prime is a family office holding company, primarily specializing in real estate, based in Berlin, Munich and London, which operates as a "Satellite Single Family Office." We are a long-term oriented owner and creator of complex family assets, supported by our Foundation.

Satellite Single Family Office 

As experienced trustees and experts, we are mandated by owners of significant wealth (UHNWI) and other Family Offices to take on demanding challenges from start to finish. In this role, we temporarily act as their personal and full-scope Single Family Office and external representative.

Our mandates include the complete management of complex projects – from strategy to execution:

• Real Estate Projects: For example, the comprehensive handling of the acquisition and refurbishment of a dilapidated pre-war building in Berlin, including the alignment of governance points within the family, coordination of all stakeholders (lawyers, tax advisors, architects) up to the implementation of rent adjustments and the procurement of construction and refurbishment tenders.

• Structuring and Succession: Guidance in planning the transfer of assets, such as the establishment of a tax-optimized residential property company (a process that can take 1–2 years and includes the acquisition of 300+ units and complete legal and tax structuring).

• Special Projects (Private Wealth): We are also mandated for matters beyond real estate, such as the discreet sale of extensive art or vintage car collections, the execution of foreign investments, or other highly complex asset issues.

We offer discrete and professional real estate and private wealth expertise with a unique network. We primarily operate within our network among other families and their Family Offices, thus providing the highest level of discretion, trust, and reliability. Through us, you gain access to real estate, connections and know-how that is rarely available to third parties.
